Project Requirements: 

 

Rebuild new pitched roof over existing garage.

 

Build new tiled gable roof between two existing gables and marry-in new roof into side of existing rear gable to achieve covered verandah approx. 60m2. Rainwater to discharge into in-corporated box gutters.

 

Build new hardwood timber deck  using Tallowood.
