Project Requirements:

 

Re-configure existing kitchen and laundry by in-corporating unused hallway floor area . Carry out complete new kitchen and laundry renovation and replacement of existing timber sliding doors to new aluminium bi-folds & outdoor privacy screen.

 

Kitchen: Polyurethane / Blum hardware with 40mm marble benchtop undermount sink and subway tiles  for splashbacks.

 

Floor tiles: Italian Porcelain

 

Appliances: Smeg / Asko /Samsung

 

Bi-folds: Semi commercial, aluminium pearl powder coated, with retractable pleated flyscreen.

 

Privacy Screen: Hardwood slats
