Remove existing dilapidated garage

Carry out excavation for new slab

Pour new concrete slab with all required  plumbing for bathroom

Construct new garage and new front boundary fence with sandstone capping and planter box.

 

Windows: Garage and bathroom windows by Airlite Double-hung
